International Voice Process Associate

We are looking for an enthusiastic & dynamic International Voice Process Associate to join our Business Development team at RootAMZ. In this role, you will directly engage with global vendors & sellers to generate leads, acquire new business opportunities & drive growth for the organisation. You will play a key part in building strong relationships with international clients & representing RootAMZ as a trusted partner in eCommerce services.

• Make outbound calls to prospective international vendors & sellers to introduce RootAMZ services.
• Identify, qualify & generate new leads to support the sales pipeline.
• Build & maintain strong relationships with global clients to understand their needs & provide tailored solutions.
• Work closely with the Sales & Marketing teams to execute strategic business development plans.
• Achieve monthly & quarterly targets for lead generation & new business acquisition.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions & update CRM systems regularly.
• Provide timely follow-ups on leads & ensure a smooth onboarding process for new clients.
• Represent the company professionally & uphold its reputation in all client interactions.

• Excellent verbal & written communication skills in English (additional foreign language proficiency is a plus).
• Previous experience in international voice processes or sales operations is a plus.
• Ability to understand & pitch services related to Software Sales, SaaS Sales, eCommerce, digital marketing & brand management.
• Strong interpersonal skills & a customer-centric approach.
• Proven ability to handle objections & convert leads into business opportunities.
• Self-motivated, result-oriented & able to work independently as well as in a team.
• Familiarity with CRM tools & lead management systems will be an advantage.
• Willingness to work various shifts to accommodate international clients in different time zones.
