Business Development Executive

Drive new business growth by working closely with global vendors & sellers across Amazon, Walmart, eBay & other marketplaces worldwide.

Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic & results driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our growing team. In this role, you will work closely with global vendors & sellers to bring new business opportunities to the organisation. You will be responsible for lead generation, building strong relationships & driving business growth for our eCommerce & digital services. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional to contribute to our mission of helping brands succeed on Amazon, Walmart, eBay & other marketplaces worldwide.

Responsibilities
  • Identify, generate & qualify new business leads from global vendors & sellers.
  • Develop & execute strategies to acquire new clients & expand business opportunities.
  • Build strong, long-lasting relationships with potential & existing clients to understand their needs & offer customised solutions.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, new opportunities & competitor activities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop proposals, presentations & pricing strategies.
  • Participate in client meetings, presentations & negotiations to close deals.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline status & client communications using CRM systems.
  • Meet & exceed individual & team sales targets & KPIs.
  • Provide regular updates & reports to the management team on business development activities & outcomes.
Requirements
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
  • At least 1-3 years of experience in business development, sales or a similar role (experience in Software sales, eCommerce or digital marketing agencies is a plus).
  • Strong understanding of global eCommerce platforms & seller/vendor ecosystems.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation & interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build & maintain long term client relationships.
  • Strong analytical & problem solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office Suite & online lead generation platforms.
  • Self motivated with a proactive approach to achieving targets & goals.
